Adriana works closely with her father in managing operations and in developing strategy for the Group as a whole. As a third-generation leader of the Cisneros Group, she is overseeing its transformation from a pan-regional Latin American enterprise to one increasingly focused on opportunities in the U.S. Hispanic and global markets. Ms. Cisneros is currently the CEO of Tropicalia, a Cisneros Group real estate project in the Dominican Republic. Tropicalia is a luxury eco-resort, intended to be one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive destinations.

The non-profit foundation is committed to enriching education in Latin America and to increasing awareness of Latin America’s contributions to world culture.

Adriana is focused on improving educational infrastructure and directs three programs: Actualización de Maestros en Educación (AME), a teacher-training program; Piensa en Arte; and Cl@se, an educational Spanish language pan-regional TV channel.
